
I’m a Somatic Performance Coach, martial arts instructor, and movement educator helping students build skill, confidence, and deeper body awareness through Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, Qigong, and corrective movement principles.
My work blends practical martial training with a holistic approach to growth. I look at how the body moves, where it compensates, and what each person needs to develop greater structure, coordination, resilience, and personal momentum. For me, martial arts is more than technique — it is a path for transformation, discipline, and becoming more fully connected to yourself.

The goal is simple: train smarter, build momentum, and keep growing — not only as a martial artist, but as a person. At its best, martial arts becomes more than self-defense. It becomes a way to understand conflict, develop steadiness, and bring more clarity, control, and peace into everyday life.
